The “Export” button at the top of the engagement works from any tab: Word, PDF or Excel, or the “Full bundle (ZIP)” with all three. Every file carries the cover, contents, statements and the numbered notes with their tables.
Export wizard options
- Language per file, whatever the interface language.
- Font, size, colours and the page-header text.
- Including the auditor's report after the contents and before the statements.
- Rounding to whole numbers, and showing or hiding zero rows (pinned lines always stay).
- Note-table styles, or a “traditional layout” with the entity, statement and period atop every page plus “(continued)”.
- Stamping the statement and note pages.
- Draft markers: diagonal watermark, red banner or small footer.
- Signatures: a separate signature page or a signature row in every page footer.
Before the final export: zero unmapped accounts, no failed validation checks, notes edited. Statements are computed from the latest saved figures every time, so there is no refresh button.
