Taqarir — Financial & Actuarial Reporting Platform
Taqarir is a Saudi cloud platform that turns a trial balance into financial statements, notes and an auditor's report signed with a verification code, in Arabic and English, in Word, PDF and Excel. It supports Full IFRS and IFRS for SMEs as endorsed by SOCPA, non-profits on the NCNP model, the public sector under IPSAS, the Egyptian Accounting Standards, Jordan and the Gulf (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), plus the IAS 19 end-of-service valuation, IFRS 9 expected credit losses and the zakat working paper.
Services & reports
- Financial Statements — Upload a trial balance, map accounts, and produce a complete set of financial statements with notes — Word, PDF and Excel, Arabic/English — instead of days in Excel.
- End-of-Service Benefits — Upload employee data and get the benefit obligation, service & interest cost, actuarial gains/losses, the obligation movement and disclosures ready for the financial statements.
- Expected Credit Losses — Calculate your doubtful-debt provision (expected credit losses) for receivables under IFRS 9, with disclosures ready for the financial statements — without the complexity.
Who it's for
- Audit & advisory firms — Many engagements, a team and roles per engagement, section-by-section review, and a bilingual auditor's report signed inside the platform with a verification code.
- Companies — Upload the trial balance and get the four statements, the notes and the zakat working paper, ready for your auditor.
- Non-profits — The statement of activities and changes in net assets per fund (unrestricted, restricted, endowment), with a chart of accounts built for the sector.
- Government entities — A chart of accounts coded to the budget chapters, the statement of financial performance, and the statement of comparison of budget and actual amounts, in Arabic and English.
- Egypt — The income statement and the statement of comprehensive income presented separately, as the presentation standard requires, with employees' profit share and board remuneration in the statement of changes in equity.
- Jordan — Lines and notes adapted for Jordan, income tax, and an auditor's report in the local wording, in Arabic and English.
- Gulf countries — One pack per country: notes that cite the local companies law, an auditor's report with its confirmations, income tax or the Kuwaiti levies on their own lines, and dinars and rials to three decimals where needed, in Arabic and English.
From trial balance to signed report, step by step
Real screens from the platform on a fictitious company's data — the same company as in the downloadable sample report.
- Upload and map the trial balance — An Excel file with two or three years. Each account gets a suggested statement line, and mapping progress shows until it reaches 100%, with debit and credit totals.
- The statements build themselves — Financial position, income, cash flows and changes in equity — with comparatives and note references — as soon as mapping is complete.
- Notes in structured editors — End-of-service benefits with actuarial assumptions and sensitivity, leases, related parties and more: tables filled once that come out identical in Word, PDF and Excel.
- Zakat under the 1445H regulation — The zakat base working paper from the same balances, Gregorian or Hijri, with regulatory alerts before issue and the provision tied to the note.
- Checks before anything is issued — Statements that balance, every note tied to its line, the current period consistent with the comparative. In this example: 39 checks passed.
- Auditor's report, sign-off and export — The independent auditor's report in Arabic and English, worded for the engagement's framework, signed per language, then exported to Word, PDF and Excel with a QR verification code.

FAQ
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial. You pay at sign-up and your account activates immediately. Before buying, you can download a full sample report of a fictitious company from the homepage.
Which accounting frameworks are supported?
Full IFRS and IFRS for SMEs (as endorsed by SOCPA), non-profit on the NCNP model, public sector under IPSAS, the Egyptian Accounting Standards, Jordan, and Gulf packs for the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman with their laws, taxes and currencies. You choose the framework when you create the engagement.
How is pricing worked out?
By yearly subscription. Firms choose Basic (20 financial statements reports a year) or Pro (60 reports plus end-of-service valuations and expected credit loss models), and add reports from inside the account at a lower price the more they buy. A company subscribes per entity and year; that covers the monthly management reports and the quarterly and annual statements. Prices exclude VAT and renewal is manual.
Company account vs consulting office?
A company issues reports for itself (no client management); a consulting office serves multiple clients with discounted credit bundles.
Does the auditor sign inside the platform?
Yes. Each language is signed on its own, and the signed report carries a QR code that opens a public page confirming the copy matches the signed one.
Does the platform file the statements on Qawaem directly?
Not yet. Lines are mapped to the Qawaem taxonomy to make entering the figures easier; direct filing is not available yet.
Which payment methods are supported?
Secure payments through a licensed payment service provider: mada, Apple Pay, and credit cards, with 3-D Secure verification.
Can I export my outputs?
Yes — every report exports to Word, PDF, and Excel, in Arabic and English, matching exactly what you see on screen.
